Arcline Leads · Orange County
Pay for leads. Not for promises.
Exclusive, phone-verified calls and forms for one business per category, per area. A fixed price per qualified lead, published below. No retainer, no setup fee, and nothing at all until the first lead lands.
If a single customer isn't worth at least five times the lead price for you, pay-per-lead is the wrong tool. That's what the second track is for.
Track 1 · How it works
Three steps, no fine print.
01
We build the sites
Arcline owns and runs plain, useful local sites — "Orange County furnace repair", "Irvine kitchen remodel" — each with its own tracked phone number and form. They are not pretending to be you; they connect homeowners with an independent licensed contractor.
02
You hold the category
One business per category per service area. Your cities are written into the agreement. We never sell the same lead twice, and we never sell your category in your area to anyone else while you're active.
03
You pay per qualified lead
Every call is recorded and whispers where it came from before you pick up. Forms hit your phone within a minute. Weekly itemized invoice; bad leads get credited, no arguing.
Price per exclusive, verified lead
Same price for everyone. It's on the page so you don't have to ask.
Exclusive means yours alone. Verified means a real person, in your area, asking for your service — defined precisely below.

| HVAC repair / service | $100 |
| HVAC install / replacement | $175 |
| Plumbing — service call | $100 |

| Electrical — service call | $100 |
| Electrical — panel, EV charger, rewire | $150 |
| Build, remodel, exterior | |
| Roofing — repair / replacement | $200 |
| Remodel — kitchen, bath, ADU, addition | $200 |
| Water damage / restoration | $200 |
| Windows & doors | $175 |
| Solar / battery | $150 |
| Landscaping — design, hardscape, irrigation | $150 |
| Painting · Flooring · Fencing & decks | $125 |
| Garage door · Tree service · Pool repair | $100 |
| Other | |
| Termite / commercial pest · Commercial cleaning · Local moving | $100 |
| Auto — European / specialty repair, body shop | $100 |
Don't see your category? Ask — if a customer is worth it, we'll price it. We do not sell per-lead to medical, dental, med-spa, legal, real-estate, mortgage or insurance businesses: California restricts referral-based fees in those fields, so for them we work on a flat monthly program instead (Track 2).
What you're paying for
What counts as a lead.
Billable only if all four are true
- A person asking for your category of service — not a vendor, recruiter, wrong number or spam.
- Inside your service area — the city list in your agreement.
- A phone call of 60 seconds or more that you answered, or a voicemail with a callback number, or a web form with a working phone number or email.
- The first contact from that person in 30 days. Repeat calls from the same number aren't billed again.
Never billed: wrong category, out of area, your existing customers, solicitors, duplicates, hang-ups under 60 seconds, people asking for a different company by name.
The credit rule
Flag a lead within 3 business days with the reason. We check the recording or form and credit anything that doesn't meet the four points. If it's borderline, you get the credit. We're not going to argue over a $100 lead.
Billing
Weekly itemized invoice: date, time, caller area code, duration, recording link. Card on file, charged three business days later unless a dispute is open. Your first month is invoiced at the end, so you see the quality before you pay for any of it. Month to month, 14 days' notice either way.
The honest part
We're building the lead sites now. The first calls take months, not days. You pay nothing while you wait.
Lead sites rank the slow, durable way — real pages, real answers to real questions, no tricks. For most categories that means the first qualified leads arrive a few months after launch and volume builds from there. Some categories take longer; a few never get there, and we'll tell you if yours is one.
That's why reserving a category costs nothing. You're holding the spot. The day the first lead comes through, you'll hear the line whisper where it came from, and that's the first time you pay.
We don't publish lead counts, close rates or revenue numbers we don't have. When we have them, they'll be here.
Track 2 · Your own website
Already have a site? We'll fix it, or rebuild it, and keep it climbing.
For every business where a lead isn't worth $100 on its own — and for medical, legal and real-estate businesses where per-lead isn't allowed — this is the program. A monthly fee, quoted on a 15-minute call once we've looked at what you have.
Fix
The update
Speed, mobile layout, broken pages, missing service and city pages, schema, titles that say what you do — the things that quietly cost you rankings. Done in weeks, on your existing site.
Rebuild
The new site
When the old one isn't worth saving: a fast, honest site built around the jobs you want more of, with your reviews and your photos. About two weeks. Want to see yours first? Ask for a first look.
Climb
Monthly SEO
New pages for the services and cities you want, Google Business Profile upkeep, reviews flow, a plain monthly report of what moved. Done properly, no promises about rankings.
Questions people ask
Short answers.
Why not just buy leads from the big marketplaces?
Because those leads are usually sold to three to five companies at once and it becomes a race to the phone. Ours go to one business. That's the whole point of the price.
Can I hold more than one category or area?
Yes, each category and area is its own line in the agreement at the same published price. We'll tell you if we think a second one isn't worth it for you.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month, 14 days' notice. The agreement is one page in plain English; you'll see it before anything is reserved.
What if I'm already a customer of yours for the website work?
Nothing changes. The two tracks are separate and neither one is required for the other.
What's the catch?
Time. The sites need to rank before they produce anything. If you need calls next week, this isn't it — say so on the call and we'll talk about what is.
