Quotes and scope

Every project is covered by a fixed quote in writing, listing the price and the scope. That document governs the project. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once you have agreed to it.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price. Further rounds are quoted before they happen.

After launch

Bugs in what was built are fixed free for 30 days after launch. New features, new pages and changes of mind are not bugs, and those are quoted as new work.

Ownership

On full payment, the site is yours. That includes the domain, the hosting account, the project files and the code. You can take all of it elsewhere at any time, and you do not need our permission to do so.

Care plans

Monthly care plans run month to month. There is no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like, and the plan ends at the close of the month you have already paid for.

Search results

No one can guarantee rankings, and we do not. Search engines decide what ranks and change how they decide it. What is on offer is the technical work, the content work and honest reporting on what happened.

AI providers

Chatbots and other AI features run on a third party provider, and that provider bills for usage. Those costs are billed to you directly by the provider on your own account, so you see the real number and control the spend.

Payment and law

Invoices are payable as set out in your quote. These terms and any project agreement are governed by the laws of the State of California.
