Privacy policy

This policy covers arcline.digital and nothing else. It describes what the site does, which is not much.

What the booking form collects

The booking form on the homepage is the only place this site takes information from you. It collects:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name, if you fill that field in
  • The service you select
  • The day and time slot you select
  • Anything you type into the notes field

Nothing else is collected anywhere on the site.

Where it goes

Submissions are written to a private database (Cloudflare D1) that only the studio can read, and an email notification is sent to the studio so the request gets seen. Cloudflare hosts the site and that database, and processes the data on our behalf.

What it is used for

To reply to you, hold the slot you picked, and discuss the work you asked about. It is not used for anything else, it is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Analytics, cookies and trackers

There are none. No analytics package, no cookies, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third party trackers of any kind.

How long it is kept

Booking requests are kept so the studio can pick the conversation back up later. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Ask for your record to be deleted and it will be.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what was stored about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it all to be deleted. Send the request through the booking form, using the notes field, and say which of those you want.
