- Call your main line at 6:15 pm. Count the rings. Note what the voicemail says and whether it tells you what happens next.
- Text the same number. Many business lines cannot receive a text at all. If yours can, see whether anything answers.
- Fill in the form on your own website from a phone. Time how long until a human replies. Tomorrow at 10 am is the usual answer.
- Compare it to the number above. That is the gap a missed-call text-back and a booking link are built to close, with or without a new site.
