Industrial & B2B

A machine shop website that gets the drawing uploaded and the RFQ quoted.

Buyers want capabilities, certs and a fast quote. We build the site that shows the first two and handles the third.

Running on its own

What it looks like when it runs on its own.

Nothing here needs you to pick up the phone. The site answers, offers a time, collects what you need and reminds everyone. You see it on your calendar.

  1. 01They reach out, often when nobody can pick up.
  2. 02The site answers in under a minute and offers a time.
  3. 03They pick one and give you what you need up front.
  4. 04Reminders go out. You show up prepared.

Machine shops & fabrication

Where the leads leak, and what we put in place.

Where it leaks

What usually goes wrong for a machine shop

  1. RFQs arrive by email with the drawing missing, and the clarifying takes two days.
  2. The capabilities page is a list of machines with no envelope, tolerance or material.
  3. Quotes go out and nobody follows up.

What we build

The site, the answer and the follow-up

  1. An RFQ upload that takes STEP, PDF and DXF with quantity and due date.
  2. A capabilities page that states envelope, tolerances, materials and certifications.
  3. A quote follow-up at day 3 and day 10, automatically.

What you leave with

Three things, before you decide anything

  1. A first look A concept homepage for your company, desktop and phone, built from your public listing before anyone gets on a call.
  2. A written plan After a 30-minute call: the pages, the booking flow, what connects to what, and what goes live first.
  3. One number, in writing A fixed quote for the whole build, so there is nothing to negotiate after the handshake.

Ten seconds

See it with your name on it.

Type your business name and city. A concept homepage for a machine shop opens for desktop and phone, with your trade already set. It is a first look, not a finished site, and it costs nothing to look.

Opens in this tab. Nothing is saved until you ask us to build it.

Already have a site you like?

Keep it. The missed-call text-back, the booking page and the follow-up can sit on top of what you have. Not sure what the unanswered calls are costing? Run your own numbers.

Ask about the add-on

Questions

Asked before the call.

Can buyers upload drawings?

Yes. STEP, PDF, DXF and the usual formats, up to the size you choose, routed to the estimator who handles that work.

Do you handle ITAR or NDA-sensitive work?

The site states your registrations and the upload path can be kept off third-party services. We discuss the specifics on the call rather than promise a blanket answer.

Will it work with our ERP?

Where there is a clean way in, we connect it. Where there isn’t, requests arrive as structured email and a spreadsheet row, which is still better than a voicemail.

Schedule

Thirty minutes about your machine shop.

A real conversation about what is leaking and what to build first. You leave with a plan and a number in writing.
